Marco Zung was born in Milan from an Austrian family in 1963 and for 30 years he has been working on graphics and
visual communication. Fed with books and printings, he recognised the Internet's power at first glance and
quickly started gaining and mastering multimedia skills.
After a long experience with Bompiani and Feltrinelli, he founded the agency Segnoruvido.comunicazioni
visive that followed Buongiornomilano project from its first issue. Nowadays, with Zungdesign, his work
embraces many different areas: web design, publishing, small and medium enterprises, no-profit, both for
public and private institutions. Thanks to its professional network, Zungdesign is able to care about
each phase of a project, from design to production.
Team working and knowledge transmission to younger
generations are part and parcel of its working style. From 2002 to 2007 he taught visual communication
at Design faculty of Politecnico of Milan and since 2008 he has been graphic design professor at European
Design Institute (IED) in Milan.
